A time-sensitive battle
We are engaged in such a beautiful & time-sensitive battle.
Over the past 10 years, we have worked alongside health professionals and institutions to facilitate their noble work of saving lives, by equipping them with the latest and most innovative medical solutions.
We firmly believe that no one should face illness in a foreign land. Healthcare should be close to home. No need to travel abroad at great cost, away from loved ones, to get the care they need.
And, time is of the essence because one life lost due to a lack of adequate equipment is one life too many! We are working hard to ensure that our loved ones have access to state-of-the-art medical care — right here in Rwanda 🇷🇼 — and that they can celebrate many more birthdays with their loved ones.
There's still a long way to go, and it won't be easy, but we think it's an irresistible challenge worth taking up!
Our Solutions: Full Lifecycle
Supply & Installation

We source, procure, import, and install medical equipment from the world's leading manufacturers. Every delivery includes professional installation, commissioning, and formal handover — so your team receives a fully operational system, not a set of components.
What this includes:
> Equipment sourcing from certified international manufacturers
> Import handling and in-country logistics
> Professional installation and calibration
> Commissioning and operational verification
> Full documentation and handover reports
Training & Capacity Building

Equipment is only as good as the people who use it. Every major installation we deliver includes structured end-user training for the clinical and technical staff who will operate the equipment day to day. We do not leave until your team is confident.
What this includes:
> Equipment sourcing from certified international manufacturers
> Hands-on clinical training for medical and nursing staff
> Technical training for biomedical and maintenance personnel
> Operating manuals and reference documentation in appropriate languages
> Post-installation follow-up and refresher support
Aftercare & Maintenance

We provide comprehensive maintenance services to keep your equipment performing at its best — protecting the investment your facility has made and ensuring continuity of care for patients. We have delivered comprehensive maintenance programmes across 25 hospitals and continue to provide maintenance contracts for X-ray, imaging, and specialised surgical equipment.
What this includes:
> Equipment sourcing from certified international manufacturers
> Scheduled preventive maintenance visits
> Corrective maintenance and repair
> Spare parts sourcing and management
> Equipment performance assessments and audits
> Multi-facility maintenance programme management
Why the Lifecycle Matters

Studies consistently show that between 40% and 70% of medical equipment in low and middle-income countries is non-functional at any given time — largely due to lack of maintenance, training, and local technical support. We aim to change that in Rwanda and the region.
When you work with us, you are not buying a product. You are forging a partnership that keeps that product working for the entire duration of its life.
The Stories Behind the Numbers
Discover how our medical solutions are being used in hospitals across Rwanda to improve patient care and save lives.
A neurosurgeon in Kigali with the right instrument

When King Faisal Hospital needed Cappabianca neurosurgical instruments — a highly specialised set used in skull base procedures — we sourced them from Karl Storz, in Germany, and delivered them to the team that performs Rwanda's most complex brain surgeries. That equipment is in use today.
A mother in Burera with a sterilised delivery kit

In partnership with PIH and the USAID programme, we delivered and installed autoclave sterilisation equipment to three community health centres in Burera District — Nyamicucu, Nyamizi, and Kinyababa. For every mother who delivers at these facilities, the risk of infection is lower because of properly sterilised equipment.

An emergency department that works at night

We equipped the emergency units at CHUK and Rwanda Military Hospital with diagnostic and intervention equipment that functions reliably. Emergency care does not wait for business hours. Neither do we.
District hospitals that no longer need to refer

We supplied videocystoscopes to Ruhango and Kibungo district hospitals, enabling urological procedures that previously required patients to travel to Kigali. Local equipment means local care — and better outcomes for patients who cannot afford to travel far.
